Customer Reviews
My brother lives there and it's pretty nice place. The yards are a little small and you have to own your own trailer or mobile home to live there or buy one that is there for sale so there's no renting which is kind of a bummer if you don't want to buy. All in all a quiet place if that's what you're looking for, this would be the place to go.
The actual mobile home park and location visual appearance are all a 7 on a scale 1-10 , 10 being the best of best. The homes are tightly packed with limited privacy. The roads are A+ with speed bump deterrants and no junk spare or parts cars antique rust buckets anywhere. The management is very strict with common sense rules about neighbors noise guests problems and police. Trash is non existence very clean park. I know people who have owned homes there only to be continually taken to court for eviction proceedings....and rightly so on their part...as the persons known living there broke rules continually and failed to pay rent utilities correctly...reserved for older quieter people without kids and chaos...nice place all around in my opinion short of a couple bad apples ..recommend it ? Never.
They keep raising the rent. Management doesn't care about old folks on fixed income. Threatens to kick people out for parking on grass.
We enjoy living here. Nice and quiet.
Ok well my daughter was there so I go there quite often to visit her
