They require that your pet be on a leash and that you are chaperoning them at all times. Even cats! LOL LOL 😂💯 Too many feral cats. They like to beg for food. People have abandoned them, and they are everywhere. It's relatively a quiet neighborhood. Low crime rate. Quiet neighbors like I said. Kind of creepy at night sometimes.. very woodland area next to the mailbox where deer like to congregate after dark LOL. I speak the truth follow me for more stuff I can't say here! 😂💯✌️🙈

Clean n nice wish they had an hoa though cause landlords not managing yards one trailor I see weekly blowing his yards leaves in his neighbors yard and the person is a girl who works in a factory living alone. She don't have time to rake. Find it really crummy the landlord don't help.
