This park has been improving for the last couple of years. Older units are being remodeled to provide affordable home options for less than most rental options.
I have a family member there that they are trying ti beat out of money and now evict. They have all documents and receipts to prove they've paid rent. All of the trashy managers they've had managing the property in the past did not keep the records apparently or submit payments accordingly. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!
New managers are light years better than the last ones. Changes are finally being made and now this is probably the best place to live in Franklin for the money.
Kids running around everywhere and I mean little kids in the middle of the street with no supervision.
