Park is a quite one. They keep it nice. Resident manager is a good man. Hurt himself awhile ago and can't get around to well. The people who help him out on the other hand. All in all a good park. Not so kid friendly and a size limit on pets. Lot rent is the highest in Ashland. No amenities, just a mailbox and a bill. Oh don't be late with lot rent. $50 late fee for being late. Your lot rent will go up every year. Hopefully you don't have to interact with Rob. Belive he is one of the owners.

Great area, quiet, clean and manager keeps the estate in a structured orderly manner. Lot rent is average compared to the mobile home communities in the area so it's actually a good deal. Manager enforces rules to keep the community safe and aesthetically pleasing. High percentage of residents are employed, the rest are retired. Good investment.

Probably the nicest park in Ashland with the lowest rents! Clean, quiet and homes are required to be well maintained. A great choice for living in Ashland.
