Customer Reviews
I had an awful experience with applying here. After sending in my application for the place, I was told I’d hear back within a few days when the application was processed. I did not. I tried calling a few times the next few days and got no one. I did receive an email a day after getting the application in though that said “Welcome to the park” and had info about paying rent, and let me sign into what was called the community portal. I assumed that would mean I was approved. I kept trying to get ahold of them and Finally, they called me 6 days later. Katrina informed me that my application was denied, didn’t explain to me why, but said that the email she sent out that “welcomed” me was my way of getting denied on that Friday . That makes no sense and I was told I’d get a call and did not, and they did not further reach out to me at all other then that email. I was strung along on this process with no communication for almost a week. Guess I’m glad I’m not moving in here now.
New managers are very rude, unprofessional, and very unpersonable. Received a certified letter today as a final notice for some minor repairs that need to be done to my home when I never received a notice prior to this certified letter. If these repairs are not completed within 30 days I will be evicted. I've lived here for 27 years and new managers come in and throw attorney papers at me and most of my neighbor's on an eviction. Not the community that we use to be!! I feel threatened and very disrespected! If you're looking for a stress free and close community where you can feel wanted and safe this park no longer fits in that category.
What a nightmare. When you want your business to thrive, you need to have good customer service skills. You need to help your potential renters and property owners The park is clean and well kept. But Katrina needs to be put in a different place in the office, perhaps the broom closet. She has yet to call and apologies. Everyone was wrong except Katrina.
The new management are ridiculous! No notice or anything and towed both of my vehicles didn't leave a note or called me. Had to take unpaid day off work to ham lake pay $500 to get my vehicles out. That really should come out their lot rent. No phone call or anything to warn me. Just seems wrong that have the right to do this to people
New management is lazy and doesn’t know what he is doing. Demands that every little snow the trailer park gets, he has to plow. If you don't move all your vehicles by 9am he has them towed and if you move a vehicle for snow removing to another location you end up getting a parking violation cause apparently your vehicle is facing the wrong way....don’t recall ever reading that in the policy handout that was given out a few years ago. Also you get a violation if your kids leave toys out in the yard. It’s winter and we haven’t made it to summer yet....save your money, save the hassle, don’t live here. New policies they are coming up with are simply just ridiculous.
