Woodlynne Trailer Park, also frequently referred to as Woodlynne Mobile Home Community, represents a longstanding option for residents seeking a unique style of affordable housing in the South Jersey region. Situated in Camden, New Jersey, this community has served the area for decades, with property information suggesting the site was originally built around 1939. This established history indicates a mature, all-age community that provides a residential base for approximately 102 units. For many New Jersey locals, a mobile home community offers a practical and often more cost-effective alternative to traditional stick-built homes or apartment complexes, allowing residents to own their dwelling while leasing the land. Woodlynne's location in Camden County places it strategically for residents who value easy access to urban centers and major transportation arteries.
Prospective residents in the New Jersey area often consider mobile home parks for the lower entry cost into homeownership, the convenience of single-story living, and the ability to find housing options that may be scarce in surrounding, more affluent suburbs. Woodlynne provides this framework within the bustling environment of Camden, making it a viable consideration for those working in the city or looking for a short commute to Philadelphia. As with any community, potential residents are always encouraged to thoroughly investigate the living environment, understand the park’s rules, and speak directly with management to ensure it meets their personal and professional needs.
The location of Woodlynne Trailer Park is one of its most compelling features for New Jersey commuters and locals. It is officially located at 2121 Mt Ephraim Ave # A5, Camden, NJ 08104, USA. This address places the community in the Centerville neighborhood of Camden, an area known for its proximity to key municipal, commercial, and transportation hubs.
Accessibility is excellent, connecting residents quickly to the greater Camden and Philadelphia metropolitan areas. Major road access is provided by Mount Ephraim Avenue, which leads directly to major South Jersey roadways. For those relying on public transit, the community is conveniently located near several public transit options. The Ferry Avenue PATCO station is approximately a 15-minute walk or a short drive away, offering a high-speed line directly into Center City Philadelphia, a huge advantage for professional commuters. Additionally, the Walter Rand Transportation Center is just a few minutes drive, connecting residents to NJ Transit bus and rail services.
The park's location also places it near important local resources:
This combination of convenient transportation options and proximity to city amenities makes Woodlynne an accessible residential choice within the New Jersey landscape.

For New Jersey residents interested in learning more about Woodlynne Trailer Park, including current availability, community rules, or management contact, please use the following verified information:
It is important for all prospective residents to reach out directly to the park management to schedule a visit, ask detailed questions about the lease agreement, and verify all specific information, including lot rent and community guidelines. Please be aware that community living is built on mutual respect and adherence to park regulations. In the interest of full transparency, publicly shared customer reviews, while subjective, have mentioned challenges with management interaction and neighborly conduct, which underscores the importance of a direct, professional conversation with current management before making a commitment.
For a significant portion of the New Jersey population, especially those seeking economic housing solutions and geographic convenience, Woodlynne Trailer Park in Camden presents a compelling, practical option. Its suitability for local users is rooted in three key benefits: affordability, accessibility, and an established structure.
In a high-cost-of-living state like New Jersey, finding a path to homeownership or stable, lower-cost residency is a major hurdle. Mobile home living, where one owns the home but leases the lot, provides a lower financial barrier to entry than buying a traditional home, making it an attractive choice for many working individuals and families in the Camden County area.
Furthermore, the location is ideal for those whose professional or social lives center around the Delaware Valley. The quick drive times to Philadelphia and the direct access to the PATCO line are invaluable for commuters, greatly reducing the time and stress associated with a cross-river journey. Being in Camden also places residents within a mature community fabric, with immediate access to local schools, hospitals, and shopping areas.
While a well-managed community depends on both strict adherence to rules and professional management conduct—something all potential residents must evaluate through direct contact and visits—the Woodlynne Trailer Park offers a structurally sound and geographically desirable option. For South Jersey locals prioritizing a balance of low-cost living and urban accessibility, this mobile home community remains a relevant and viable residential option in the region.

There is a very nasty person lives in this trailer park. He or she is tossing bags of dog doo-doo over the fence and into the yard of the company that is directly behind this trailer park. That is truly disgusting and deplorable!
Jul 23, 2024 · Jakarta BellThe manager Melissa is totally disrespectful. My father lived here over 20 years and he passed away in December of 2019. I was handle all his assets and need to speak with her about his passing and what to do with his home since I had other people who wanted to take over his house. Melissa was very stand-offish with with me and definitely disrespectful to my fathers death.... I think she should learn how to deal with people a lot better then she does or maybe find another job that she does not have to bother with people especially with the passing of a love one!
Jan 15, 2020 · Lou HansenThe woodlynne trailer park is a piece of garbage of a land!!! There is no side walks, the streets are no good, cars that drive thru here drive like there crazy. the place smells like sewer all the time, the landlords a slumlord. Theres wild cats scattering peoples trash all over the lawns. This trailer park is full of mosquitos and as well as fleas!!! The slumlord does not take care of the sewers nor does he be around or pick up calls when needed. The only time he's here is when rent is due. Rent for a place like this should'nt even be what is worth now... $519.22... are you serious. Other places are a lot cheaper and there land is a lot cleaner and well taking care of....
