This is a wonderful place for a family. Its vey calm and peaceful.In the Joplin school district and has a great bus stop for students to wait for the bus. The maintenance staff is very helpful and takes care of tenants concerns promptly.
Park has greatly improved since new owners took over a year ago. Park management is friendly, responsive to tenant requests and keeps the park clean and safe. A nice, quiet place to live.
Didn't care for the trailers that were for rent.
