Like any community, a mobile home park thrives on effective management and a commitment to its residents' well-being. While some older reviews may highlight past challenges, it's important to recognize that communities evolve. Modern manufactured home parks often focus on fostering positive environments, offering amenities, and ensuring responsive management to create a pleasant living experience for all. This article aims to provide an overview of Madison MHP, drawing on available public information and recent insights, to help you determine if it might be the right fit for your housing needs in Madison, WI.

The park's location provides reasonable accessibility to key areas of Madison. While specific public transit routes directly serving the immediate entrance aren't detailed, Madison has an extensive bus system (Metro Transit) that connects various parts of the city, making it possible to commute to work, educational institutions like the University of Wisconsin-Madison, or downtown attractions. Customer Reviews
When I tried to sell my mobile home here, the current office manager didn't reply to dozens of inquiries to get an application thus forcing me to pay an extra $2,000 + in rent and utilities. Just today she came by as I was showing the place and violently started yelling at me chasing me to my car and kept yelling as I rolled the window up because I left her a note explaining that 30 people told me she never replied with 7 or so stating they tried multiple times. She then started to call the police to have my car towed as I was parked in the neighbors driveway with permission as the potential buyer of my trailer was in my driveway. Melissa has verbally attacked me 4 times. Once for suggesting that they salt the hills in the park. They have a salt Truck. I came home late one night, and although I could stop on the top of the hill after I noticed it was slick, I couldn't back up, too icy. I tried to inch my way forward, but the ice made me pick up speed so my car hit the guard rail causing $3K in damage... undriveable. 4-weeks later, as I tried to inch my way down another milder hill in the park, I had to turn my new car into a wall of rocks to avoid jetting off into the woods. It's the office manager who is the problem, and despite dozens of similar complaints, ACG has not fired her.
My name is Angela I’m new to this community, the new management estephany. She is very sweet and very kind hearted, I had the opportunity to go into the office and speak with her. we had a very nice conversation also had a few things in common best of all is that she is trying to figure out how she can help the community. I find that very respectful
Grew up here my whole life until I was 18 years old and I love how this community allows closeness between everyone living there. Safe community with friendly neighbors. The new manager Estefany has really turned things around and I’m loving what she’s doing for this community.
The management at ACG Madison is amazing! My experience with Estefany has been nothing short of wonderful. She is so caring, patient, and always thinking of how she can help. I’m very pleased.
New manager is so kind and goes over and above in customer service. Creates opportunities for neighborhood bonding (ie. Halloween party, free school supplies at beginning of school year). Sets a positive tone for this safe, long term, stabile community.
