This is a nice community. It's well maintained, and has new & used homes available for sale or rent. There is also a playground, swing set, & basketball court for the kids to enjoy. A lot of the homeowners have been living here for over 10 years.
Management has sent out emails since May promising a complete road replacement and has said repeatedly it would start next month. We have now been informed that the work will no longer be happening and we were not provided a reason. The management company only cares about the lot fees and not bettering our community.
We get snow they don't even plow or salt here, people and busses can't even get up the hill at the entrance
Talked to a lady on the community office phone number and I asked why our water was coming out white and she said she doesn’t know. A couple days prior they had posted a sign in the entrance of the neighborhood saying that there was going to be some maintenance done in the pipes so we were going to be left without water for a couple hours, not only do they get the dates wrong, but they also are very rude on the phone and when I asked what can be done to get the water issue resolved they said they didn’t know of any maintenance. This shows that they are very unorganized and irresponsible when it comes to serious inquires. Also, they never open on time. They have the lights on and they can see us thru the camera but they refuse to open on time.
They are very good at collecting rent but there is nothing to clean the streets of snow, the streets are extremely ugly with snow and they only drive around in the truck bothering the residents; serve a purpose, clean the streets!
