Some past reviews have highlighted issues related to management responsiveness, specifically regarding application processes and maintenance concerns such as "black mold in some trailers that she won't fix." These are critical points for any prospective resident to investigate thoroughly before making a decision. Transparency and due diligence are highly recommended.

In manufactured home communities, promotions can vary and might include incentives for new residents, such as reduced lot rent for an initial period, assistance with moving costs, or special financing options if homes are sold directly by the park or its affiliates.

Landlord or manager who ever the lady is, is not good at her job been out here a couple times to visit people and even tried to get an application because It was in my price range and the lady told me to send her my email via text and I have yet a week later and even a message nothing. Also there's black mold in some trailers that she won't fix which is a huge health Hazzard very surprised they haven't been shut down yet with the amount of lawsuits that could happen.
