I'm looking for a place that has a low plot price. Someone said it average $740. Perfect for me.
It's a senior community, no kids only when visiting their grandparents or uncle/aunt. 55+ Also one thing I didn't like it's right by a big street, so whomever is walking has to be careful because you may never know if a crazy driver is approaching. Otherwise, it's a very well taken care of community, clean, somewhat quiet and great location. I would of love to give them a better rating but can't because I don't live here.
The longer I live here the more I like it. In the nearly 5 years this place has only gotten better. The management of the property is consistently fair and works hard to maintain high standards for all.

I live here and this place sucks... The maintenance guy walks around with a chip on his shoulder,and he thinks he has authority. Harasses us every day threaten to break my jaw cause i called the office on him. This place really needs new management and groundsman.
