This place used to be really nice to live. The previous owner sold the park to a new owner who lives in North Carolina, and it has been nothing but problems. The “new park manager” is a joke, she is never in the office, and is very rude. The new owner is never available to handle issues. The new owner raised the rent on some of the residents here almost $200+ a month. My advice if looking to live here, keep looking, don’t buy here.

The mud in front on the drive and streets is horrible. She cries whenever she has to do a repair. In August I fell through the neighbors porch and am disabled. The ramp is old and most of the lumber is rotted. To this day she has not repaired it. She forced me to move because of a pending suit aginst her and the park. The security deposit has not been returned. I am going to file another suit aginst her for it. This is a terriable place to rent or buy a mobile home. You will be. Sorry all she does for her tenants is take their money. This review is true and factual! Beware!
