Friendly, clean environment, just felt happy. After a year living here, it still feels happy. Rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, deer, huge variety of birds, (i feed them all). Closer to my work by 45min., relaxing, calming, so glad i have a shared home here with the wildlife...

Quiet, the neighbors i have met have been diverse and friendly. Security staff are all awesome and front office ladies are so helpful. The roads and walks are well maintained. We’ve only been here a few months but so far, well worth the lot rent.

I was looking a places to live and was shocked at how dirty the grounds were. They take absolutely no pride in their property. The staff also did not seem to care about our comments when touring the grounds. The most shocking of all was their explicit rule of no American flags. They do allow flags... sports etc but the American is deemed offensive to the management. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Not recommended

Don't move here if you're smart. They NEED to raise the rent EVERY year & 1 year they raised it $30. This is ridiculous! Many seniors live here n are probably on a fixed income, but who cares? Let's just keep nickle n diming our residents. These rent raises will eventually force people to have to move n who wants to move when they're 70+? I'm pretty sure that the owners property taxes are not $6million a year. Just another case of corporate greed and who cares about your average Joe?
