Love it, the ladies in the office Kim and Carolyn are the bomb! I had a situation and they went above and beyond along with maintenance guy to help me. They found one of the residents to help and I must say he was God sent. Mr Z you’re the best! Maple Brook is a community but more like a family. Neighbors are friendly and look out for you.

Lovely 55+ modular home park. We've lived here for six years and simply love it! It is guarded 27x7. It is well kept, very clean, and everyone is so friendly. Very conveniently located near I-57 between Rte 30 and Sauk Trail.

This is an excellent place. Quiet, friendly, pretty...I love it. The neighbors are friendly, the homeowners association fees are low, and there's always something going on at the social club. It's also very secure, which is very important to me as I enjoy walking my dogs in the evenings. And if my dog was to decide that we absolutely had to go for a potty break at 3am, I would have no issue going out for a quick walkies. (Only quick cos it's 3am. I'm a night owl, but there are limits!) I have done exactly that several times, in fact.
