While specific, formal "promotions" in the traditional sense (like percentage off discounts) are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, the business model of A & C Campground, as described by satisfied customers, already offers compelling value and features that serve as inherent special offers. The "reasonable price" for firewood and ice, readily available on-site and even delivered to your site, functions as a significant convenience and cost-saving benefit that many campgrounds don't provide. This ease of access to essentials enhances the camping experience without hidden fees or the need for campers to haul heavy items from off-site stores.
Furthermore, the consistently highlighted exceptional service, particularly from staff like Margaret, acts as an invaluable, ongoing "special offer" in itself. This level of personalized care and helpfulness is a rarity that contributes immensely to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, often valued far more than a simple discount. The repeat business and strong desire to return, as expressed by multiple reviewers, also suggests that the overall experience at A & C Campground is perceived as excellent value for money. For any potential specific seasonal deals or future promotions, it is always best for North Carolina residents to contact the campground directly. They may offer unadvertised specials for off-peak seasons or for group bookings, or even loyalty rewards for their returning local customers.

Customer Reviews
We loved it!! Definitely will be returning!! The creek running by our campsite was so relaxing!! Margaret was so nice and helpful during our stay. Firewood available and delivered to our site. Also ice is available on premises. This place was a gem, the most relaxing trip we've had in a long time and didn't want to leave!! We will be back!!
My son and I stumbled upon this place when we drove up and found another campground still closed for the season and cannot believe what a gem of a place we found! The tent camping back the creek was about as idyllic as you can imagine with grassy camping areas, tall shady trees, and a gently rolling shallow creek that my 5 year old just couldn't get enough of! The staff were very welcoming and we were so thankful that they still had space. The high elevation keeps this place cool even when it was 90 degrees back in Durham. The portajohns were very clean and lit at night. We did not have a chance to check out the shower house, which is a bit of a walk, but I imagine it was nice. They also had a playground that needs some TLC, but we were really there just for the campfire and creekside play. I can't wait to take the rest of the family there and will certainly be back! ** They do have ice and firewood for sale on site for a reasonable price, but we didn't need any this trip.
Excellent staff. The small creek was very peaceful to sleep next to. Tent camping is very secluded if you get the right site.
This place is an absoulte hidden gem! Grab your tent and run, don't walk, to Margaret and Rickey's incredible property. I didn't have a reservation and they both welcomed me with open arms! They allowed me to pick a more secluded spot at the back of the property next to the creek. There's a nice (clean) bathhouse with showers and working lights/hot water. They offer a small load of firewood for only $10 and bags of ice for $2. If you're in the area, I 100% recommend stopping through for a night or two of solitude. Thanks again Margaret and Rickey, I can't wait to return!
This is a very well-kept, safe, small little campground with both RV and tent sites. The owners are generous and kind and I am so happy I got to meet them. Would stay here anytime.
