I thought it was very nice and clean! There are a lot of camp sites to choose from. I only saw one broken picnic table. Barley any trash. Recently mowed and looks well maintained. I used a day pass to check out.

Free as long as you register online highly recommended to stay here extremely peaceful and quiet lots of Wildlife a very remote you could drive through 2 miles of cowpasture until you get to a dead end at the campground there is also a natural Spring Pond here so you can fish or swim or shower
27.161840,-80.440530 these are the Coordinates use them! The padlock you need is the one on the left. There are small alligators in the pond. The pipe with water coming out of it in the pond is spring water it is not for drinking. You have to park in a lot and walk in not far at all. There is a porto potty. Bring your own tolit paper just in case. Please for the love of all that is holy take your trash out with you. This place is absolutely beautiful 😍. There are gun shots all day because there is a shooting rang near its not very loud but if you have ptsd its a no go hope this helps.
It has a nice little clear pond that's as big as an above ground pool. If you sit still, you can watch the turtles swimming underwater. There was a little gar in there when we were there
