Management Is very frendly and eager to accommodate our every request. Our home is perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet yet kid friendly. We've lived here a few months and couldn't be happier. They even do the yard. Only problem we have is fighting the fleas with our dogs. We treat our dogs regularly and can't win the battle. Wish they treated the grounds. But that's silly.

Management is seldom on premises. Unable to ever reach by phone. Property and homes are not maintained. Home was infested with roaches, rats, mold,etc. Complaints we're ignored. I became so ill my family found me unconscious and on the brink of death. I have no memory of my last week there. Keep in mind that I keep a spotless home, many other neighbors experienced issues with the mgr Dana and moved out. I wish I myself had known this info prior to my residence there.

I have lived in Alpha mobile park 3 times....over 10 years...I would say that this is the cleanest, safe, on site security, 24 hour service calls...no issues ever....they maintain the yard up keep. Service AC units monthly with filters..I love my home and neighborhood..

I was a good resident for a year. Never late on payment or any problems! There were drugs all in there I was scared to let my daughter outside alone during the day! The dishwasher NEVER worked! My dog was ran over & later died due to someone running him over flying through there a few months before my lease was up. And once I found a house to buy I told the manager in office my plan to move & two weeks later I was able to move into my new home so I started cleaning like she said to get my deposit back & I even borrowed a steam cleaner for the carpets! The place was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in! WORSE PART IS AFTER ALL THAT SHE WOULDN’T GIVE ME ANY OF MY DEPOSIT BC I DIDNT GIVE A 30 day notice!!! I guess 2 weeks wasn’t enough of a notice but when buying a home it’s hard to know exact dates! So I had no deposit back & deserved every bit of it! I’d never recommend this place bc of that reason! Don’t say you will give it to me if I clean the whole trailer including stove, fridge windows carpet & then let me do all that but when it’s time to turn the keys in & get deposit back.. it changed to she couldn’t give ANY of it to me!! Iv never been done so wrong by a place it’s been 3 years since this but I feel like it still needs to be told so other ppl don’t get done the same way! WORST management EVER! That’s why ppl leave them trashed bc of stuff like this! You can do everything right and still they will make up a reason to keep that deposit.. it’s a scam!

My home is beautiful, perfectly maintained. The grounds are kept cleaned and manicured. Property manager is professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
