Be careful of the LLC they will keep your money and the property is not maintained as far as major issues. Trailers are in bad conditions and water from your piping smells like sewage. Potholes will mess up your cars front end, rats are the size of cats on the property and they have a horrible issue with stray cats and dogs. Trailers are set on blocks and many have level issues some of the double wides even splitting in half. They are too expensive for the problems you will have to deal with. Parking is also an issue because each trailer is only supposed to have 2 vehicles but there are some that have 6. Your contract binds you to a lot of issues but yet many are not enforced and some are also illegal for a renter. Read your contract before signing!!
