Promotions or Special Offers

Arcadia Lake Campground, managed by the City of Edmond, primarily operates with set fee structures for its campsites and lake entry, rather than frequent, fluctuating promotional "specials." However, there are value propositions and specific policies that can be beneficial for Oklahomans planning their visit.

  • Fixed and Transparent Pricing: While not a "promotion," the clear and consistent pricing for different types of campsites (full hookup, electric, primitive) allows visitors to budget effectively without unexpected costs. Rates are publicly available through the City of Edmond's official website.
  • Annual Passes for Lake Entry: For frequent visitors, purchasing an annual pass for lake entry can offer significant savings compared to paying daily fees, especially for those who plan to use the lake for boating, fishing, or accessing trails multiple times throughout the year.
  • Group Pavilion Rentals: While not a camping discount, groups can rent one of the six large pavilions at Arcadia Lake for gatherings, which can be a cost-effective option for family reunions or community events.
  • Value of Included Amenities: The camping fee typically includes access to a wide range of amenities such as picnic tables, fire rings, utility tables, and access to restrooms and community water. For full hookup sites, the inclusion of electric, water, and sewer is a substantial value.
  • No Online Discounts: It's important to note that discounts (if any, like for seniors or military, which would require documentation) are only available when booking with staff, not through online reservations. Visitors eligible for specific discounts should contact the park office directly.

For the most current rates, details on annual passes, and information on any applicable discounts, Oklahomans should visit the official City of Edmond website for Arcadia Lake or contact the park office directly. Booking ahead, especially for weekends and holidays, is highly recommended as campsites, particularly the popular full hookup sites, tend to fill up quickly.
