About 14 years ago I lived here when I needed a place I could afford and quick. What I received for housing was not bad at all for the amount of rent I paid . The owners were very kind and always helped me out . They help out lots of people with affordable trailers to give them a home to live in that they can afford. If you pay such a small amount in rent you should just graciously fix small repairs yourself if they don’t I would. I now live in a gorgeous remodeled huge house that cost 4x the rent and I liked them both equally for the money spent. The only negative for me was the roads to the trailers were pretty bad with holes and ruts other than that great experience loved there over a year until I could buy a bigger place I’m thankful for them very thankful.

Slum! The management are promising johns. They will say they will fix or replace things that get broken but they don't. There are holes in the floors and the management won't fix them. But the rent is cheap,and there are plenty of trees. But then you buy cheap you get cheap.

It's a slum. The owners do not even attempt to keep their property clean. Very unreasonable to rent from.
