It looked like a great RV park at first but after living there for months. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. **If your allergic to cats I would avoid this places( Cats Everywhere).** There's potholes everywhere. Their water lines break once or twice a month(sometimes they won't send notifications they turned of the water to fix them). The grass is full of stickers. Pool never cleaned unless the managers family was using it. There is no longer a dog park(They turned it into an extra parking) The Laundromat dryer didn't work very well heat wise( I spent $4 to get a load dry)(Bring your own toilet paper. The bathroom doesn't have any) The park next door has a guy that loves to blare his base and music. The manager and her daughter-n-law loves to gossip about people and start drama. **** I would not recommend this park to anyone**** The kids playground is a death trap. It's leaning so bad and the wood is rotted that it will break pretty soon. Ants are everywhere (it's worse at the playground)

I visit my son at this rv park,it's gated with a code,so they look out for their renters. The laundry mat there us not only for the rv park, but for the public,so that is good. The whole place is clean and neat inside the laundry mat,and the whole grounds and cut and trimmed, and clean. Plus, first rv park were I see a mini pool at least, with its own ice machines,to cool! This place really takes care of its renters. Keep up the good work.

Quiet, quaint place. Gated so be sure to ask for the code. Only complaint is dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs.
