We have been here going on 4 years, my wife says it's her little piece of paradise, we love that you can sit and watch the birds and deer here each day. Friendly neighbors and beautiful views. We moved here 4 years ago when our grandson was going through his heart surgeries and it put us between where all our kids live and we loved the area and we stayed. Lot's of cool places to explore and enjoy all close by. This top part was posted awhile back. And now this place has new owners, still waiting to see what changes are going to happen with the new owners. There has been a few issues with the new people, but time will tell. They have gotten a new Internet put in, supposed to have a longer range than the old one, I'm still waiting for them to replace the extension cord for the Internet system so I can have use of mine that I had to put on so the old system was useable. I've been waiting for that to be replaced since before the new owners took possession. We still have the same managers as before which is good and love the way they manage things and there's not all the drama here that you find in other rv parks. It really is a nice place to live and I put out corn for the deer we now have coming up. So we have a good view of them now, it has taken a few years for me getting them to come out while I have been out, my wife loves seeing them and it's nice for others to see them also. The wife and I have honestly loved living here and have let others know about the place. We have had 2 of our kids here for awhile. And had people move in that my wife had talked to. There's pictures on the park website that I've posted. I've loved this place better than any other rv parks I've been.

Managers husband acts like he’s the manager. Their place is super trashy. Keeps telling my girlfriend he’s trying to catch her naked. Which law enforcement will be made aware of. He’s always drinking and caring a gun. Drives in between RVs being very nosey. Had issues with my ex wife had to turn myself in on a misdemeanor warrant for a few days and after living here since march he’s trying to say I’m no longer aloud here and I’m not a good person to be around when it’s really none of their business. I have been quiet and we stay to ourselves. And they have no legal right to just throw me out without warning. Save your money and stay somewhere else
