The road leading to the resort dead-ends at its front gate, contributing to its secluded and private feel, ensuring that traffic is minimal and tranquility is maximized.

Beautiful ranch! The tent spots are right on the river bank of the Brazos. Sites are a little closer to each other than they should be but still plenty big. No showers but they do have flushing toilets which were nice. Friendly staff and the views were amazing. Lots of deer everywhere. Big bags of ice for $7. Large loads of firewood for $40 and they rent paddle boards and kayaks for $40.

This campground is a Texas hidden gem. I am so thankful that the owner, Tony has opened his place up to paddlers, RV & tent campers. The host, Melanie and staff were very friendly and helpful. Firewood was delivered to our site before our arrival. Every campsite is waterfront. This place is peaceful and well maintained. If you're not in an RV, you will want to camp down by the section that has the bathrooms. I can't wait to go back.

If you’re looking for a place to camp where you don’t have to deal with the craziness of Corps of Engineers parks or the weekend crowds at the state parks, this is it. Tony and the camp host Melanie are super friendly and accommodating and make staying here feel more like home than just any old campsite.
