The last trailer park you want to live in. They have been raising the lot rent $60-$70 a month the last few years. It was the lowest around but not now. The upkeep is minimal. Old and outdated. They also charge outrageous amount for the application fee. I’ve lived here for awhile. Tired of the homeless people and younger people they allow in the park.

I have lived here almost 3 years. For the most part, it's very nice. I like the people and they have Lots of activities. The only thing I don't like is they don't have a gate at the front to keep outsiders out. I had my bike stolen (which was securely hooked up). The pool now has been regularly cleaned.

Bay Ranch seems like a quaint mobile home park that’s tucked away in a perfect location near all the action! Some of the streets seemed a bit narrow but all in all for a 55+ place to live it’s ideal + there’s a nice large pool & shuffle board! The people I spoke to look out for one another they said & keep an eye out as good neighbors do for each other!
