("WARNING ") Most Trashy RV park I ever lived in!! Even the roads are like you are driving in a junk yard, also a branch almost hit our Trailer during a storm!! They did not even take it down for safety!! Not happy! Hate this place!!! Turn around, and don't look back!!! More people are leaving than coming in.. Let's all leave!! One by one, who's next?? Who are the MANAGERS Cory and Diane going to pick on next; and kick them out! BEWARE!! Also, they have a vacant abandoned building for kids to play in and hurt themselves, I would not come here, especially if you have children! Not a safe place for kids! Also, there are alligators and snakes. You are not allowed to even go near the water! Not safe!!

Very peaceful and quiet. Nice place to fish and relax. The couple who manage this place are amazing. They were very helpful, made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. They even gave us names and numbers of places to shop for an RV. Although slightly " crowded" at the moment, I recommend this place to anyone. Whether you're looking for solitude and tranquility or working to get back on your feet and need a place to stay, give them a call or stop by and see if they have room.

Awful. This place is gross. The bathrooms don't have doors, just dirty shower curtains. The owners are strange and the front office reeks of cat pee and looks like an abandoned squat house. The tent camping sites leave much to be desired. Sleeping in a parking lot would be significantly better than staying here. Do yourself a favor, don't go.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My boyfriend and I lived here for barely over a year, (NOT 2 YEARS) and I just found out today that they don't allow you to own more than one dog. We lived here for about a year and no improvements! We cannot even check out mail at the office!! I have VERY IMPORTANT papers and documents I need to fill out and I cannot even do that! The office is always CLOSED!! But they sit outside to chit chat with their family and ignore us.., Also, VERY VERY RUDE!! I had visiter today, and the manager was listening to all our conversations we were having and told them that they have to leave NOW!!! So you cannot even have a visitor here to visit you and/or talk outside without the manager getting into your business. They will not even open the office doors until they feel like it OR answer their phone.. We never know when we can come in the office to check the mail.. we cannot even go in to wash clothes or take showers if we wanted to. I cannot even walk my dog out without someone saying negative or untrue about me and my dog. Very bad landlord owner people here.. If there was a 0 star rating or negative rating star I would put it. We are moving out as soon as possible! I do NOT recommend coming here, not even to visit!! This place needs to be shut down! They have nothing to offer, also a tree fell on our RV. I could not even meet or talk t the owner of this RV park ever since we have been here for a year! Last year they didn't take any responsibility for that tree damage. They didn't even take the broken branch from the tree down, it is still hanging from the tree!! Next storm our place will most likely be damaged from the broken tree branch. They should be sued! Also, another thing if you have a big dog.. You cannot play fight with your dog here or they will think it's dog abuse and take your dog away! You basically can't do anything outside, especially if you have pets. The manager called animal control today to take my boyfriend's dog away! I cannot believe they got away with this! The Bayou Campground Park managers Cory and Diane said he had to give up the dog or get kicked out of this RV park! So my boyfriend gave up his dog and we both ran inside our RV crying! We want to move out ASAP! We just need some time though to prepare the move. Also, No Privacy at all! They have cameras all over this place and watch your every move you make! They will not even let the bus come in the RV park to get picked up to go to work!! The manager Diane acts like she knows me, i never ever even talked to her before unless i wanted my freaking mail!! We wish we never chose to stay here to live! PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIEND'S HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS!!! I repeat, "I DO NOT RECOMMEND " !!! Also, if you do something the managers do not like, they WILL KICK YOU OUT IN 3 DAYS !!!! They do NOT care !!!!! Also, they will make you get rid of your pets if you want to stay and if they don't like your pets or how many you have. In the beginning of 2025, they started to harass us, and threatened us to move out several times!! I put this review already up before, but they threatened to kick us out if I didn't take it down and ONLY GIVE US 3 DAYS TO MOVE OUT! Ugh! We HATE it here!! On February 26th we are now threatened to move out by the POLICE!! We now only had 2 weeks to move out! By March 14th at noon or the police WILL take us to JAIL for trespassing!!!! We are moving today on the March 12th because we want out NOW, and we found a place cheaper and with nicer managers that are willing to help us and understand what we are going through. I've heard a lot of people gossip about other people in Bayou Campground, STAY AWAY !!!! NEVER LOOK BACK!! ALSO THIS PLACE HAS A LOT OF RUBBLE & THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!! Oh, and did I mention this place looks like a "JUNKYARD" ! Also, there is a vacant abandoned building, your kids if you have any could get themselves in trouble or get hurt trying to play in it, beware! Not a safe place for kids if you have any!! I've shared pictures in photo of the vacant abandoned building.

What an awful place. Is everyone there on drugs?? Tried to use the bathroom, so disgusting, better to go outside. Owners, I think, were so rude and unhelpful. I don't understand why people would stay here. It does seem like a lot of the RVs broke down there a decade ago and just never left. Terrible place to be
