The speed bumps on the road going into this trailer park are frickin ridiculous!!! Our daughter lives here & we hate visiting her because of the horrible speed bumps. They also don't take care of problems in the trailers.
I tried to buy a home through the same place financing firts the management in charge the don't have the knowledge or the ability to respond any of my questions because they only in chage to collect money and show the property don't have real office or employees whit the credentials . Second if you looking to get financing through them think twice before your buying check everything because they will get your money they will charge the insurance and other services and charg you a lot of money for that. My advice get what you looking for through other companies. Company send me email for my review let me tell you what happen they offer me a rent to own contrac for 1 year term on the contract saying i have to pay rent and at the end of the year they will consider my payments made over a year well this is the funny part the deduction for the lot was going to be taking off from the monthly payments which is fine but paying 1150 a month minus 390 lot rent 25 trash 90 property tax 210 insurance 406 house payment water and sewer extra plus 45 more for having extra car now they ask me for 2000 down payment and at the end off the year 3000 to complete 5000 down payment now make your matt and they only will considering 4800 through the house payment so i try to find out why do i have to pay for taxes and insurance since is going to be rent to own and they told me is packaged deal so were is the option from rent to own when you have to pay like you buying the house?
