Cimarron Country Mobile Home Community is designed to provide residents with the fundamental services necessary for a comfortable mobile home living experience. While specific details on every service might require direct inquiry with the management, typical offerings in similar communities, and those suggested by available information, include:
Mobile Home Lots: The core service provided is the leasing of individual lots for mobile homes. This allows residents to place their own mobile home or potentially acquire one through the community (though this would require direct confirmation).
Utility Connections: Standard utility hookups are generally available at each lot, including connections for electricity, water, and sewer. Residents are typically responsible for their individual utility bills.
Community Management: A management presence (as indicated by the mention of a manager) suggests that there is a system in place for addressing community-related issues, enforcing park rules, and handling administrative tasks related to lot leases and resident relations.
Maintenance of Common Areas: While residents are usually responsible for their individual lots, mobile home parks typically maintain common areas such as roads within the community, shared green spaces, and any communal facilities.
Pet-Friendly Environment: While not explicitly stated in the provided reviews, many modern mobile home communities are pet-friendly, allowing residents to live with their beloved animals. It's always best to confirm the specific pet policy directly with management.
For a complete understanding of services and what is included in the lot rent, direct communication with the Cimarron Country management team is recommended.
