Customer Reviews
I have been here for almost 1 year and I love it. I saw someone had posted that the owner does not like dogs. Every time I've been outside with my dog, the owner will pet my dog and stand around and talk with me. He has dogs of his own. It is beautiful and quiet here. If you like quiet and beautiful scenery, this is the place to stay.
What are great, beautiful, quiet place to stay. I cannot say enough about this small, peaceful place. Great views in the country, quiet and friendly campers that seem to watch out for one another. We've been here a month and plan on staying 2 more months. You cannot beat the price! And Bob, the owner, is so nice, friendly and down to earth. This place is country living at it's best in Texas! Will definitely come back here every year that we come back to TEXAS!
We have lived here for a few months now, and absolutely love this place. The landlord is a fantastic man, very, very nice. There was a comment made that he doesn’t like dogs, that is absolutely incorrect. We have 2 dogs and have NEVER had and issue as long as you follow the pet rules. The person who made that comment didn’t say that their dogs are always getting loose and bark constantly. So the landlord has asked them to control their dogs numerous times, which they have not. So he ask them to leave, NOT forcing them out. It’s because their cannot control their dogs. We have made this our permanent home, it’s beautiful out here. AGAIN the landlord is a very understanding man. YES, he does love animals.
If could give it 0 stars I would. Lived there for months.. loyal renters. But was asked to leave because of our RV not being new. Nothing is wrong with my RV, we were there for months and the owner didn't have a problem for months, then all of a sudden told we have a month to move. Didn't even given an option to upgrade. Ooh.. the 'owner' isn't the only owner. Bad pest problems, unlevel, weekenders are loud, definitely wouldn't recommend.
The Rv spaces is set on a very huge acres lot,and it's well maintained, beautiful view of the sky and land!Perfect to sit outside and drink a cup of coffee hearing the beauty sounds of the nature! Yes I recommend this place!! The previous review about road noises, its not no big deal..I don't even pay attention to that I sleep very well at night.
