So after almost a year of living here and many many years of visiting because of family I feel I can give an honest review. The application process including the background check was swift and streamlined by the property manager. Any issues that have come up that are the park's responsibility are addressed and resolved promptly. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood with rules to try and keep it that way. The front portion has normal mobile home lots where as the newer section has larger ones. The monthly lot payment is a little higher than some places but lower than most however the condition of the neighborhood justifies the difference. The trash and mail service are horrible, but the property manager is doing whatever she can to help remedy the situation. Overall it is a safe and great place to call home.

Our adult children lived there before us! this place is just amazing the manger Tammy goes beyond and above to get things done!! I just seen her let someone us her truck to move furniture in their house. She’s removed a lot of bad from this place I’m hearing. Any issues she takes care of right away! Only issue I’ve had my light pole needed fixed was within 24hrs handled by her staff to fix it!! So if you’re looking for a great community to move to look at blackrock!!! A patch of national forest is right above us. I’ve seen deer running through woods. Mar 15, 2023 · dana mayMy husband and I have lived in this park for 7yrs. The community is great and the park is nice and clean now that we have a new manager. Tammy is awesome and takes care of everyone here. She sees to our needs and cares about everyone. I feel safe living here and very comfortable. Keep up the awesome work Tammy. You are doing a fantastic job.
Feb 18, 2021 · Lisa ArbogastWe drove through the park to look at an available lot to place a mobile home we were considering purchasing. The homes in the front part of the park are extremely close together. As an example the back steps of one home were at the window of the home next to it. However, when circling around to the back side the lots were much more spacious. Overall the park looks nice, well maintained and appeared to be a nice neighborhood. If one of the back lots became available we would strongly consider living there.
