They don't tip delivery driversvwell
Yea some trailers looked nice but then their are some that are nasty and some even stinker when you ride by it . Dus the owner of the park even care about aperence or as long he collects the rent he dusent care how the place looks . Run down trailers are a eye sore and should be removed . If all owners got together and voiced their conserns maybe the land owner will do something
Claiming to be an upstanding park while still having some of the most ghetto looking homes I have seen in quite awhile. There are some homes there which look beautiful but there is also homes that are questionable. Drug use is rampant throughout the park but that's to be expected.
Nice place to live! Friendly neighbors and a safe neighborhood to live in. Park manager is very nice and fair to all of the residents.
The owners are rich snobs who raised peoples rent who lived there for years.
