beware....don't pay this guy for background checks he talks sweet and nice...leads you to believe you can get a trailer....last step is just the background check and itll be a done deal...youre the perfect person for the place....then after you slip the 40$ x 2 money orders in his mail slot (with all your personal information on a piece of paper)to get the checks he does not respond...no call backs nothing...before that he was acting like your text/call best bud...then when you do contact him he tells you via TEXT he has many offers and you must put in a bid to the owners....to be able to get it (aka alot higher than what the craigslist post advertized the selling price as because now apperantly the highest bidder gets it) which 100% contradicts what he was saying before completely...if youd like to just make the 40$ dollars per person on a background check out to him directly he's just lining his pockets...
