We recently bought a home in this community and Rob was FANTASTIC! He called and talked us through every step of the process and worked so hard to get us closed before Christmas... AND he did!!!! We never had to guess what next steps were and he was extremely flexible/we were able to sign digitally for nearly all the documents. Thank you so much, Rob! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a great home-buying experience!
This place has to be the biggest joke. Went to look and possibly buy around Thanksgiving. I worked with Rob. He seemed more focused on hitting me and talking with my dad than he was about selling the kicker was when we sat down to talk paper work he did a shot of fire ball then proceeded to ask me on a date. I went not going to lie he's a good looking man but when things went sour instead of him being an adult and still selling me a place to live he refused to return my calls and text so I would call the office and all he wanted to do was talk about personal stuff. I then was able to get ahold of Niki she agreed on a time to meet and show me what they had but never sent me any email confirmation or the link to fill out the pre approval. If this is how the sales experience goes I don't think I want to know how it is to live there.
Savannah the park manager heard my concern about something blocking my pipes that wasn't just ice from the Winter. Even when the pipes thawed it still would remain clogged. It didn't even drain and would back up from the toilets, sinks, showers and dishwasher and stay there. So I addressed this issue with Savannah. She then sent someone out to take a look. Then proceeded to send a crew to work on clearing it. It took a few days but even with the help of Savannah herself they must have finally dealt with this obstruction. As soon as the weather got warmer, and the ice broke our drains cleared, we cleaned everything up and now it all works as it should. Thank you again for taking me seriously.
After months of filling out apps to move, buy we had no luck! Then found this place here and within 24hrs we were approved with the thanks of rob!!! He went above and beyond with helping my family get into a home and I’m forever grateful for this!!! If your looking for a place to call your own hit rob up and he will hook you up
