Woman that runs the office,/trailer park is so hatefull, she yells at the kids when they r on the playground (playing)!Jumps on any little thing the children do,it’s sad! They also have giant Newark rats 🐀 that crawl through the dirt and ground, and they worked their way up through our trailer and we had a bad infestation!!! It was so bad I mean rats not mice ! And when you call the office about it since it’s on their property, you would think they would try and do something, but no nothing done,We had to get rid of the rats ourselves!
Jan 09, 2025 · Nicole SmithsonTerrible place to live they treat it like an HOA (it's a trailer park) but according to them it's a fancy trailer park. Rules that make no sense, ur kids can't have anything fun to do, no big wheels at all, and the park they put up sucks, basketball court needs fixed, on top of that they supposedly don't allow felons in the park but there's a few including pedos, the elsea family is so corrupt they raise the lot rent every other month sometimes every month they don't care about the people here and never will someone take this park from them b better people.
Dec 17, 2024 · T LiquidManagement and Staff are a joke on good days and just bluntly rude if you are not a part of the gossip club. So called perks: Lot rent goes up every year, but the "party barn" has not been updated past the 1800s as well as half of it being unaccessible due to safety. Large storage for boats and campers has zero security measure ensuring that noting will be done when your camper is stripped of copper and batteries are taken every couple weeks. Water Bill: If a water main breaks or the pool needs to be filled one time every three years that they maintain it, the water bill is split amongst all residents. Trees and Bushes: If they don't want it, they will tell you it is on your lot and you need to remove it. If you don't like it for astatic or safety, you are not allowed to do anything about it. If a branch falls and does damage to your home or car, you are at fault even if you have reported to them the risky tree and told that you are not allowed to do anything. Ice: As the rest of circleville had little issue maintaining the city after this last level 3, two days after the storm every single surface in this park was a slick sheet of ice. You can idle your car around a corner and still slide out into a neighbor. These few listed issues as well as a system built to trap you in a mortgage through their own agents selling slum lord "renovated" homes with bandaid fixes on everything are just some of the reasons I would say (Avoid if you have any other option.)
Jan 25, 2025 · Bryan GillisDon’t move in here !! The management doesn’t want to do anything for you, but they’ll continually put letters on your door for you to pick your stuff up even if there’s nothing to pick up ! If you leave a trashcan out for one day, they’ll put a note on your door. Most of the trailers are filled with black mold too ! I have trees falling down onto my shed and house, and they refuse to cut Them down, even though it’s their responsibility, and they will not let me cut them down!!
Dec 07, 2023 · Heaven HawkinsBad wiring, Roaches you can't get rid of, bedbugs in multiple trailers, floors falling in, and say something to Elsea and they charge you 100s.
