Apr 16, 2025 · Ida CacciolfiThis is a great campground for literally getting away from it and all. Cell service and Internet are spotty, but the sites are nice and everyone is very friendly. There is a boat ramp and all the sites are on the water. It's out in the middle of nowhere, so bring everything you need. The only thing we didn't care for were the number of feral cats around.
Mar 20, 2025 · Carla GilmourSupposed fish camp at one of Florida's best fishing lakes. The county has changed it to an RV resort. If you camp in a tent, even if you paid for the campsite, they will tell you to leave. If you take a shower there, wear a jacket, lol. Water is warm at best. Word is the money they make at the lake for camping, goes to the beaches instead of the actual campground.
Feb 23, 2025 · William SmithBull Creek Campground – Peaceful, Scenic, and Great for Fishing (9/10) Bull Creek Campground is a quiet, small, and nature-filled retreat—perfect for those who love peaceful surroundings with beautiful views of trees, water, and wildlife. The boat ramp is quite busy, but if you enjoy watching boats, it's a great spot to see them cruising down the water. It’s also an excellent place for fishing, with plenty of opportunities to reel in a good catch. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning, and the campground itself is very quiet and well-maintained. The public showers and restrooms are clean, and the level concrete pads with full hookups make for a comfortable stay. Despite being in a more remote area, cell signal is strong, which is a plus for staying connected. While the campground is a bit of a drive from restaurants and stores (about 30 minutes to Flagler Beach or Palm Springs), it’s well worth it for the peaceful atmosphere. Everything is self-serve, but it’s managed well, making it a great hidden gem for those looking to relax in nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway!
