First, I'll give the place credit for trying to keep it on the upswing. BUT lot rent has gone up $99 in a year, plumbing has major problems so water is often off. All trees were removed so it feels naked. Existing residents shouldn't have to pay for all the empty lots because the new homes are more expensive than an actual house so they aren't selling.

Same place as Gettysburg Estates. Terrible on customer service. To many stipulations to contain living there lot rent goes up every 6 to 9 months

Not a place I would want to live. Not kid friendly, not many amenities, but lots and lots of rules. Also many lots were flooded on my multiple visits trying to decide on where to buy and no clear plan on how to fix the floods.

It could be a beautiful park, with great amenities, if they would do something about the drainage and flooded yards every time it rained.

They have new and used mobile homes. Play area for the kids, pool, and basketball court. They have secure mail boxes. Friendly staff.
