The concept of a "mobile home park" has evolved significantly, particularly in communities tailored for older adults. In today's housing market, exploring diverse options is increasingly important, especially for those in the 55+ demographic looking for alternatives to traditional homeownership or apartment living. A family member rented one of the apartments at the front of the park for a few years. The building was infested with ants and despite many calls, management only sent out an exterminator once, which did not solve the problem. Water was always being shut off at random as mentioned in a previous review. Its impossible to get management on the phone. You get the voicemail every time and they never call you back. This applies to the local manager as well as the owner Gemstone Properties. They only care about collecting your rent. A few positive things might be that this is a nice quiet park since all residents are 55 or older. While located in a somewhat remote location, any shopping you would need is not that far away.

WATER CONSTANTLY BEING TURNED OFF FOR REPAIRS!! It’s a nice looking mobile home park and the residents have to be a certain age so it is quiet there. But water is constantly not working without any warning sometimes for a week at a time. You never know when it will be shut off or for how long. Rent keeps increasing despite this!
