Such a nice community! I've seen a lot of smiling faces on my evening walks and bike rides. I've enjoyed hanging out on the benches located around the water and meeting new people. I love seeing people out and about on the golf carts with their little doggies! Truly a nice well kept community.

This place is nice to look at and there's alot for mom to do here, but the clubhouse was out of commission for over a year, the hot tubs never work, the dog park is closed, the lot rent is way out of line for what's being offered here - when it actually works. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

As a permanent resident I wouldn’t recommend renting or buying in CLV a Cove Communities property. The on site manager had over 200 complaints last year alone for not maintaining or fixing ongoing issues such as security. We have at least 19 street lights out, very dark streets. Every perimeter fence is breached including the front gate missing (picture included). Sauna down over a year, main pool sauna has large cut hazard on step and pool shower/deck are filthy. The list goes on but nothing gets fixed. Do not spend your money in this community!!
