The best manufactured home resort I've ever been in. Lots to do, beautiful Pool & Hot tub overlooking the lake and fountain. All the people we met were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Great resort like gated mobile home community with recreational amenities. Great location for beaches, fishing, shopping. On site classes for seniors, friendly sociable people.
Came down for March Break, and the pool is freezing. From speaking with some of the residents, apparently the new management says they are waiting on a part for the pool heater. Problem is they've been waiting for over six weeks, are you telling me they can't find this part anywhere else in Florida? If I was an owner here I would be absolutely beside myself with the lack of care and communication from the new management structure here. I come down for March Break every year, and this has been the most disappointing thus far. To the new management team, do what you have to do/pay to get this part for the residents that pay in excess of $1000 a month for their amenities. I would consider holding back some of those funds until they get off their wallet to make this right!
I believe this is a very nice place to live but BEWARE, Cove is known to raise their monthly fee every year and become financially difficult to live at their properties. If you check their properties in Fla. you will see a large number of owners selling because of COVE"s high costs. BEWARE
