We camped here, in C-19, back in late October of 2023 and loved it. There is a nice stream that flows by the site, so you'll be able to sleep to the sounds of running water. The whole Charlton Recreation Area is super nice and beautiful. I can't speak for the summer crowds as we have not stayed there yet, but the weekend we stayed in the fall was pretty quite.

Right by the creek! Short walk to bathroom with a shower, also right next to drinking water. Trash cans straight across also. Grill, picnic table, fire pit with grill, and lantern hooks also all on the site. Perfect!
