My husband and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. That was our first visit. We had a bunkhouse room which consists of one queen bed and a small table. There is a deck with a small table and chairs outside of the room. The pool is very nice. There is plenty of seating, but I would recommend bringing some chairs if needed. We were welcomed by all. Many of the permanent residents know how to treat guests in an inviting way. The bugs are crazy bad, so be sure to take plenty of bug repellent. We will definitely return.

Smaller campground with decent amenities. Heavily wooded so nice and cool during the warmer months. The pool area, jacuzzi and Club House are nice places to relax and enjoy being out naked with the boys. They do have Cabins to rent, though sparsely furnished the mattress pad and chairs are most uncomfortable. Visited during week so fairly quiet though some fun was to be had. I imagine it's more active during weekend and especially events when the Tool Shed is really popping. Most of the residents and regulars keep to themselves.

CampOut Alabama has became our home away from home. The campground is tucked away in rural Alabama that offers that small town America charm. You can beat the Alabama heat under the numerous shady pine trees that canvas the grounds or a cool dip into the pool. If relaxing in nature isn’t totally your thing, numerous events are held on the weekends that are sure to liven up the grounds. Another plus side is we are only an hour or so from some of Florida’s most popular beaches! As new perms for a little over a month, we have made many great friends and found CampOut to be an oasis from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

Amazing rustic camp! CampOut Alabama is a beautiful relaxing retreat. Steve and Brandon host an amazing campground. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is a great place to go if you want to experience the beauty of South Alabama. The pool, hot tub, and clubhouse are very clean. We stayed for 4 days in our 44' Montana camper. For RVs: the hook ups were great. The water is awesome and they had plenty of power. The camp is down a hard/ sandy dirt road and some of the turns are kinda tight for big rigs. Please give this place a try if you want to camp out in nature! Everyone there shows true southern hospitality! We will be back for some fun.

Just spent NYE weekend at CampOut Alabama and we had a blast. The owners and fellow campers are so nice, welcoming and fun to be around. I am not an experienced camper but CampOut has something for everyone, tent sites, camper sites, private cabin suites and a bunkhouse with big comfortable new beds! The grounds are beautiful and private with tons to explore including a creek and pond. The large clubhouse was decorated so nicely with comfortable lounging areas near the fireplace and hot tub! The rest of the facilities like the showers are bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. We are already looking forward to coming back in the Summer to lay by the pool!
