Customer Reviews
I went there to look at an RV too rent as I've been homeless since April. Fred took me to a 5th wheel that was so infested with bugs it needs to be condemned! He then took me to a different one, want cosmetically nice but was livable, even offered to let me stay that night so I didn't have to sleep in my car, I declined but was excited to move in today only to get a text message from Fred stating he talked with the mgr and they decided on somebody else and thanked me for my interest. When I've asked why I've gotten no response. This place was a desperate short term plan for me despite killing two roaches in the trailer I was to move into. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. There huge dumpster was overflowing which tells me it hasn't been dumped in a very long time. Yes I'm bitter at how I was mislead, but after reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one! Shame on you Fred!!!!
Fred, the owner is a good guy, trying to look out for all the needs of his guests. It's nice that the restrooms in the rec-room have good places to set your gun when you have to unfasten your pants.
At first the RV was great! however the owner let us move in an pay on the first an worked with us on the rest of the remt an deposit. paid theough august he had another house an i ended up wanting that. we had just paid rent on rv so askdd if we could us the 650 for the house an clean the new place an old place for remainder. we all agreed including his son. then his son made a statemnet that as soon as we unpacked that they would evict us. an thats exaclty what happened now were homeless because he lied. i dont recommend the park to anyone because of the owners lies an the fact is im an honest person paid our rent an he is not a good person in my opion if you can lie on two disabled people.
The only reason that i can think of to give it a single star, is that my sister happens to live there. The Owner, Fred is a good person though. He is really helping a bunch of people out.I think the place needs a good cleaning, with the help of a few residents that are capable of doing some of the work around there. Personally, i couldn't live there, and i was HOMELESS for 17 years!! Any questions??
I went in there to pick up a friend to go eat....this rude lady was walking around the park yelling something about wanting drugs...come to find out the crazy lady is in fact the owner, Fred riiters, wife! It's obvious they don't know how to be respectful landlords towards their tenants or any guests. If you think words don't hurt swallow your pride and drive on in......Mrs Ritter will do her best to drag u down to her level and make you regret meeting her....then you will realize that rv tenants at w. Clark rv park are less then people..and should know their place.
