She is a person who does not care about anything, other people always opened the door and stole packages from the mailboxes and one would tell her and she would always say that I do not care, and besides the streets are super damaged
Ran down homes, looks like a typical slumlord ran trailer Park, management only concerned with collecting rent. They've changed management twice in 1 year. Buyers/Renters beware.
