Nice simple park. I stayed overnight at the last minute. The manager was thorough and accommodating. He sent a detailed text with information about the park and how to go about the process. I was very blessed by his cancelation policy. Due to weather my job assignment was canceled, so he was nice enough to reimburse me in a quick manner. I've stayed at decent hotels where that doesn't happen, so I am thankful. The building has all the amenities inside. The restrooms are all in one, two private full baths. I'd like to point out this place is cleaner and smells more pleasant than many hotels I've stayed at. Restrooms where well stocked and warm. Residents are quiet, and respectful and I felt safe. Thank you, I would defiantly recommend and return in the future.

We lived here for about a year and was a completely enjoyable experience. The park is clean and well kept. The internet is decent and a cleaning lady comes to clean the bath house and laundry room regularly. The owner is wonderful to work with and kind. My only negative experiences are other tenants not cleaning up after themselves in the bath house and sometimes the water starts to stink but the owner is quick to correct it. I hope to come back again. Thanks for all the care given to your park.

Great place! Easy check in, easy location, great communication with the person running it. I recommend. We are a family of 5 with kids under 8. They had a little play area, and our dog was welcomed. :)
