The more I’m here, the more I absolutely love this place! There are a ton of amenities for tenants that we can use. The people in the office are amazing and always on top of anything that needs to be done. Brittney is such a gem! She is always ready for whatever I need, and she has been such an amazing addition to this place! I’ve had zero serious issues here, but then again, I also follow all of the rules. Everyone is so professional and honestly, downright wonderful.
Poor property Management does not communicate with tenants properly. poor work ethic, does not know how to properly communicate with tenants lack of understanding of mental illness and for better understanding" Carmen Sims" laughed in my face when I requested a mental health crisis officer not professional in the workplace she needs to be replaced. Please be careful with this place please do proper due diligence and research before moving in. They tend to do landlord rental retaliation by keeping the swimming pool closed even though you pay your rent they don't let you use the amenities that you are provided through the lease like the gym is always closed due to kids destroying it. The pool is always closed due to the fact that maintenance cannot keep up with the cleaning even though the least States cleaning is once a week every Monday the playground is messed up has kids riding profanity all over it brand new dog park destroyed with dog feces everywhere and their lake/pond where people like to go and shoot our ducks. I have been here about a little over a year I love this place no issues at all guess because I try to follow all regulations that I signed. I have little family that live close by and come to help me out with my mom that is 100 years old and soon will be 101 July 18,2025. Love the quiet place and everyone in the office. I haven't been able to meet many of the residents cause I'm at home caring for my mom I don't get a chance to go to the bingos but maybe one of these days.
Ladies in the front office are very helpful and very knowledgeable. The ladies in the sales dept were amazing as well and made everything flow so easy. They have a great team working here and it shows!
I am sick and tired of this place I tried to give it a chance but I have had it. The water situation has become less common thankfully. But the parking rules are ridiculous. I have had my car taken from my property twice! For stupid reasons with no warning! That's over $300 every time. Don't ever come here. I'm stuck here until the contract is over. I have only been here for 2 years.
