Great place for 55+ residents. Right on US1 just outside of Downtown Titusville. Speed bumps keep traffic moving slowly w/10 mph speed limit. There's a canal behind houses that are on the South side that appears to be
My mother lives there. Lot rent keeps going up but they have not improved on anything. Now they pay for water, yard is half mowed, laundry room needs a major redo. Washer and dryer needs replacement due to the lack of working and they are so old.
Great park, and the grounds are well maintained. Fast communication with the rental office and they made everything easy getting set up. Highly recommend
