My family and I have stayed here for the past three years, and we absolutely love it. Gary and Ellen are amazing people and outstanding campground owners. The property is always well maintained—grass is neatly cut, the pool is clean, and the camp store is fully stocked with essentials and more. We stayed in our tent and used the electric hookup, and also rented a second site to park our boat. The water pressure in the showers was great when we used them, though we avoided peak hours. No complaints at all. This campground is in a peaceful location with a friendly, courteous staff. It’s perfect for families and guests of all ages. One thing to note—the 5mph speed limit is strictly enforced, and it should be. There are a lot of kids walking and biking around, and anything faster would be a real safety concern. For anyone complaining about that: it’s a campground—it’s supposed to be calm and relaxing. Slow down and enjoy it! We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.
Jul 14, 2025 · Kevin AdamsWe camped at this beautiful campground for over a week and had a lovely view of the pond from our site. It is landscaped beautifully and attracts lots of birds which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and polite. Camp is maintained very well, and the pool is a plus. This campground is configured in such a way that camp isn't a series of row upon row of RVs with little space and the look of a trailer park. You feel a sense of privacy. We didn't come for the baseball; we came for the campground and other nearby activities. We'll come again next year if we possibly can!
Jul 14, 2025 · Robert FessnerI love it here! Last year we were here for a baseball tournament and this year we had the tournament again. Everyone on the team went to hotels, but we booked a cabin site! Amazing!! The cutest thing I’ve ever stayed in. Although we didn’t need it, the cabin had A/C and heat! We also had electricity and easy way to water, bathrooms, and showers. This campground is just the best!!
Jul 20, 2025 · Tina MillerThis place was absolutely beautiful! I did not know what to expect as this was ultimately my first visit to New York. I stayed that the campground (Lot 15) for 6 days for my son's Cooperstown tournament. Ellen and her staff were amazing! They were kind, welcoming, and helpful! The bathrooms were always clean, hot water was always available for showers, and their laundromat came in handy when my son needed his clothes washed. The campground was clean and there were plenty of amenities and things to do (i.e., fishing, pool, rec hall, arcade, etc.).
Jun 23, 2025 · Rona SumangaLovely property and kind owners. My partner unfortunately fell ill upon arrival into town, and despite us being non-outdoorsy "snooty city folk," the Park Model cabin we stayed in was more than comfortable enough to relax and recoup during our stay. Even though we weren't able to take advantage of all the amenities and activities available, it's still a great spot to unwind and take a stroll. Very chill environment amongst fellow campers. Would definitely come back.
