Lived here for two years. Worst experience of my life. Was told so many lies from the office by Allison she seriously is such a horrible person. She gave me a number for clear trail. Never heard back from them imagine that? Call the office and barley can get an answer out of her because she is to busy being lazy and acting confused. My husband was told we couldn’t pay our rent… when we called the attorney he said she doesn’t know what she is doing. And that she had to accept the money. He said he was embarrassed of how she represented that community. I have never lived at a place that everytime you talked to the landlord it was a different excuse or lie. She also told me I could pay the 5th for our rent because it ended up being that date for my payday then when we did pay she sent us a notice saying we had 30 days to move for being late on rent when I have a email stating pay on the 5th. I don’t know how that woman can live with herself. It’s disgusting. These are peoples homes. With their family. And you go and lie and tell them one thing then say oh yeah… uh you gotta move. This company needs to fire her and get someone else. Allison you need to see how much you mess up peoples lives and think it’s ok because you feel you have the court and attorneys in your hand. If they were smart they would of gotten rid of you a long time ago. Then the fines we got while living here. For a pool that the rain filed up because the wind knocked it over while I was working. I got a fine for the pool not being emptied. I got a fine for having a dog cage on my porch because I had to get rid of my dog (because he was on the list of breeds not allowed for south creek) even though everyone had those breeds in there. I got a fine for my husband parking in front of our house because he had a flat tire and we live on a dead end with three trailers. Come on. He changed it that afternoon. Also got a fine for a play area for my kids. But at least five people have swing sets in there and also fire pits which we were told no. So I did get a lawyer I will be pressing charges for all the ridiculous fines I did have to pay. And I will make sure I say how I feel about my situation. Don’t worry all those emails and fines and voicemails I have them all. She even told me on the phone which I have a recording of that “SHE DID NOT LIKE ME OR MY HUSBAND AND JUST WANTED US TO MOVE “ hmmm pretty sure that’s against the law. One day you will see to harass one family because you don’t like them is not gonna happen and get away with it, we will be in court soon.

SCAMMERS! Alison in office is extremely rude and has an excuse or lie for everything. Office is disgusting with old food containers and half empty bottles everywhere and food all over the floor while she walked around barefoot. Maintenance guy Pat runs up on women screaming & cussing at them. I moved 15 mths ago provided a written 30 day notice, which was set for after my lease was up, therefor not breaking my lease and was told 3 times that my name was taken off the lease. My name was recently added back on the lease and now held liable for everything so I was taken to court. They will not give you proper documentation when you ask for it. She says call corporate (Cleartrail Estate) and she is fully aware that none of my phone calls have been returned. Also asked for an email address for them, which Alison would not provide me with. Be careful signing anything with them and make sure you get all the proper proofs you need because she literally has no idea what she's doing and does not care. Also, watch out for surprise eviction notices or court papers due to your Money Order "being stolen out of the dropbox". It was written out to South Creek but yet the person who "stole" it was able to cash it??? 🤔🧐 This picture is how they removed the couches from the home, cut in half with a chainsaw (they weren't mine they were the other leaser).

This is the worst place I have ever lived since the new owners took over south creek/clear trail. They are extremely shady lie about many things, your money is stolen from inside the facility and take you to court for it when it's already been paid they didnt bother to report to police. (In my opinion, Im sure it's probably money laundering scam)There's mold inside the houses and they don't fix it. They need to be investigated for all the missing money orders and people they have taken to court. They are hardly ever at the facility its difficult to get ahold of them. They lied about homes not being available when we asked to move and they jacked the rent prices up. I would never recommend moving here unless you want to be taken to court lose your money and get sick from mold. And don't pay with money order use a check so they can't keep scamming people. They own multiple parks and they are in my opinion extremely shady slum lords. You Reap what you sow!

Do not move here if you want to feel financially secure. One time I paid my rent so late I went to court. Okay, paid the legal fees and caught up on rent. Following month, I paid on time but apparently the late fees were no longer $25, they were $40. So, I am charged a LEGAL FEE for being "late" on my rent as I paid my rent + $25 late fee. Is that even LEGAL?! So, not knowing I had this legal fee I went up and paid two months worth of rent with no late fees. Allison says I have this legal fee so that will be deducted. I called corporate. Never recieved a return call. THEN, I call Allison a week or so later. She says I dont owe anything. Now all the sudden I owe $309?!?! Get your math right and stop messing with people. Corporate is a joke. They are scamming. I should have called them out in court when they LIED on the court docs that I pay $701 a month when I in fact pay $781. In that case, I should have never even been to court if they wanted to use the # they lied with. Oh, and fix your printer because it is within my RIGHTS to get statements. * I would also like to add that Allison had deposited my money order in other accounts on two different occasions. It was fixed, thank God, but seriously! Mistakes like that should NOT under any circumstances happen!!!
