These features foster a family-friendly atmosphere, allowing residents to build connections and enjoy shared experiences right within their neighborhood. In conclusion, Country Manor, with its community-oriented amenities like the cabana and playground, and its strategic location in Mooresville, offers a suitable choice for local Hoosiers seeking a particular type of affordable and community-focused living. While it's essential for interested individuals to undertake thorough due diligence regarding management responsiveness and current pricing, the core features of Country Manor remain appealing for those looking to establish a home in a welcoming Mooresville neighborhood.
Customer Reviews
Greatest place to live in. there's a cabana with a few grills for cookouts with friends and family. There's also a playground near the cabana for the kids to play on. There's even a pond in the neighborhood that used to be for fishing but now it's just a place for the geese and the ducks to swim in,and makes me mad to lose a pretty good fishing spot just because a couple of people were mad that people were having fun and enjoying fishing in the pond
