This is a really nice looking place to live and visit depending upon whether you have a landlord or not, which part of the park you are living, and whether or not you have a good landlord. It's really that simple. The landlords don't really communicate with the main registration office, so you'll need to do that ASAP, or risk having cops burst through your door thinking you are someone else. Saw it happen twice, and I only lived here for a year.
