Nice little park to live in ! Lot rent isn’t to exspensive and the land lord is a good landlord !
My Mamaw has lived here as far back as I can remember. The lot rent is reasonable, only $160 a month. The owners& management are nice ppl who really seem to care.
Decent small mobile home park, usually quiet. Close to Food City, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and Sonic. They are excessive on speed bumps, could damage and or knock your alignment, possibly damage other suspension components, even at posted 10 mph limit down to even 5 mph. Too strick on year of home, quite alot of rusty and damaged trailers, yet wouldn't let bring in an older home that looked better than alot of the current homes.
